Workout of the Day (WOD)

This Saturday is 1RM Saturday from 11am-1pm.  Come in and find your 1 Rep Max in the lift or lifts of your choice.  YEAH!!!!!!!

Strength:
Backsquat
3 Sets of 3 Reps @ 80-85% 1RM
3 Sets of 1 Rep @ 90+% 1RM
2 Sets of 10 Reps @ 50-55% 1RM

WOD:
14 Minute AMRAP
7 Burpees
14 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
21 KB Swings (55/35)

It has Stormtroopers, Darth Vadar and Twerking.....I'm in heaven
