I'm sorry for the late post, to make up for it here is a joke I heard earlier today.

Strength 1:
8 Minute EMOM
At the top of each minute perform the following bar cycle.
1 Squat Snatch + 1 OH Squat (If you don’t have squat snatch, do a power snatch and 2 oh squats)

Strength 2:
8 Minute EMOM
At the top of each minute perform the following bar cycle.
1 Squat Clean + 1 Thruster + 1 Shoulder to Overhead (If you don’t have squat clean, do a power clean with an additional front squat)

Strength 3:
500m Max Effort Row
