Workout of the Day (WOD)

We have a sweet new addition to the CrossFit Interbay wall.  Aziz just came back from the Edmonton, Canada Comicon and had the creator of He-Man autograph a picture for us.

SWEEEEEET!!!!!! "Never skip leg day"...........word to the mutha :-)

Thank you Aziz for getting this for the gym. It is Amazing.

5:30am WOD:
14 Minute AMRAP
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Wall Balls (20/14)

Rest of the classes WOD:
8 Rounds
-In a 2 minute window do the following
Pull-Ups (Mx 5, Rx 7, FB 10)
Push-Ups (Mx 10, Rx 15, FB 20)
With the remaining time of the 2 minutes do max wall balls (rx 20/14, FB 30/20)
-Then rest 1 minute after each round......YAY REST!!!!

*Your score is the grand total of wall balls after the 8 rounds
