Strength:
Back Squat
Moderate/Heavy one reps.  This isn't a 1 Rep test day
5 Sets of 1 Rep @ 80-90% 1RM

WOD:
The CrossFit Open is only 4 months away so we will repeat one of the workouts from 2013 so you get an idea of how some of their workouts feel.

I was asked if it the belt buckle I wore at the party was earned or bought.  It was earned!!!! Sort of......Here are a few videos from the City Slicker Rodeo in 2010 that I won it against vs. other Seattle City folk, no cowboys competed.  Here are three videos from that experience and a couple of pictures of when the steer stepped on me.............totally worth it!!!!

Hmmmmm I haven't had an adventure or done anything stupid in a while.  Who's got any ideas we can do?
