Quick update on our Anniversary Party on October 14th starting at 7pm.  I know there is a UW game playing on TV at the same time, so we will play it at the gym while having the photo booth, food, drinks etc...... If you're a superfan, maybe adjust to purple denim for that night :)

40 Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups (24/20)
30/15 Push-Ups
40 Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups
20/10 Push-ps
20 Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups
10/5 Push-Ups
10 Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups

40 Sit-Ups
