Congratulations to Tim and Jim on competing at the Devotion games and taking 2nd place overall.  Great work!!!!! This was Tim's first competition too.

Strength/Skill:
5 Sets of 5 KB or Dumbbell Snatch on each arm

WOD:
20 Minute AMRAP
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
20 Reverse Lunges (Unweighted, each leg = 1)
20 KB Push Press (Mx 35/25, Rx 55/35, 10 Right Arm 10 Left Arm)
20 Sit-Ups
