Workout of the Day (WOD)

The Meno family got together to do a family workout before they went off to watch the Apple Cup.  Normally when Coach Geoff sends me these updates, he will let me know who took first, second, third etc.... and usually he's in first or second. This year he sent me the update and ended it with "everyone got an amazing workout"..........translation, Geoff came in last place :)

Strength:
3 Sets of 5 Reps Strict Pull-Ups (Use the smallest band or add weight so the reps are challenging)
Then
2 Sets of Max Reps Strict Chin-Ups (Hit at least 6-8 reps, so use the smallest band to complete this or if you can do this without a band, get as many reps as possible)

WOD:
21-15-9
Front Squat (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/75)
Burpees
Pull-Ups (Rx+ * FB C2B)
