Workout of the Day (WOD)

Remember how many times Coach Aleta has had you do burpees for coming in late..........pshhhhh, well now is your opportunity to thank her by showing her burpee jar some extra love.  All money collected goes to Treehouse, which is a program to help children in Foster Care.

Today is a workout that Coach Aleta programmed but here are her two truths and a lie.

1.  She's lactose intolerant and sadly can't eat ice cream
2. She's had motion sickness since she was a kid
3. She was in a Reebok CrossFit Commercial

Aleta's WOD:
5 rounds
1 round Bear Complex (7x through the sequence of power clean, front squat, push press to back, back squat, push press to front)
400m run

(Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75)
(FB increase weight every round 75/55, 95/65, 115/75, 135/95, 155/105)
*Bear Complex rounds must be unbroken (all 7 reps of the complex completed without dropping) or there is a 10 burpee penalty*
