Workout of the Day (WOD)

Quick tip for you, when you're talking to yourself during a workout, be your own inner coach.  Talk to yourself as a coach would talk to you.  A coach wouldn't come up to you and say you're in a lot of pain, your shoulders burn and you're too weak.  A coach at CrossFit Interbay will say keep your weight on your heels, keep your chest tall etc.....

As soon as a negative thought comes in your head, replace it with a positive coaching queue.

10 Rounds
10 Jumping Lunges (each leg = 1)
15 Wall Balls (20/14, 10 feet/9 feet)
15 KB Swings (55/35)
10 Burpees
*2 Minutes Self timed rest after each round
**45 Minute time cap
