Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 8/31/17

Today's CFIB blog post is bittersweet.  We are sad to announce that Coach Travis will be tryig this adult thing out since he's graduated college.  Today will be his last day coaching in the gym, so come in and say hi during the 4pm and 5pm classes.  Coach Travis has accepted a full time job on the east side managing a gym.  Yes it is sad but we are excited for Travis to start a new chapter in his life! If you don't get to see him, he will be coming back at the end of September(after he's married) to workout and have a better send off/going away.

Ring Dips
6 sets of 5 reps (use the smallest band or add weight so the final reps are a challenge to get through every set)

WOD:
50/35 HSPU
50 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
50 SDHP (55/35 w/KB)
50 V-Ups
50/35 Push-Ups
*20 Minute time cap

Jim P. was jealous we played some Taylor Swift for a few of our members and he felt left out.  So for Jim and the other fans, here is some old Ke$ha............definitely not her new stuff, only old Ke$ha
