Marianne dropping in while in California to CrossFit Alinea

Strength:
Deadlift
5 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM

WOD:
100 Wall Balls (20/14, 10ft/9ft)
100 Reverse Lunges (each leg = 1)
100 Double Unders

There is one concert I will have to go to soon and that's a Steel Panther show.  I will be in the front row wearing leather pants a shredded tshirt and 80's hair.
