The Meno Family had a little competition among each other this past weekend.  Coach Geoff wasn't crowned the fittest on earth but he did win second fittest in his family :-) Congrats!!!

Shoulder Press
4 Sets of 3 Reps @ 80-85% 1RM
3 Sets of 2 Reps @ 85-90+% 1RM

WOD:
(Mx/Rx 3 Rounds, Mx+/Rx+ 4 Rounds, MxFB/FB 5 Rounds)
25 Push Press (Mx 65/45, Rx, Rx+ & FB 75/55)
50 Double Unders
