*Remember, there are tons of ways to complete this tough WOD:

  • Straight through (1 mile, 100, 200, 300, 1 mile)

  • 1/2 Murph

  • Partner Murph

  • Partitioned (1 mile, 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats, 1 mile)

  • Weighted (wear a 20/14 weight vest to complete Murph RX!)
