5 Deadlifts (225/185)

10 Burpees


5 Minutes rest......YES YES YES that's right 5 minutes rest, so there is no reason to leave anything in the tank after the 12 minute AMRAP.  You have the 5 minutes to recover for the next portion.  Hell take a nap, read a book or do whatever you want with the rest time.  You're welcome for the scheduled rest :-)
