“Run the Plank”
For the entire WOD while one teammate performs an exercise the other teammate is in the plank position
5 x 100 meter run. (ea team member will run 5 times, While one runs the other holds the plank position then tags their teammate before the next one runs)
100 Wall Balls (50 Each teammate)
100 KB Swings (50 each teammate)
100 Burpees (50 each teammate)
Row 1,000 Meters (use 1 rower, split it up however you like but do even work)
You can split up exercises however you like (ex. 100 wall balls, switch after each 10, 15 or 20) teammates must do even amount of work and most important while one person runs, rows, or is doing exercises the other teammate must wait for them to complete their turn while holding the plank position.
I don't mean to offend any vegetarians out there but this just made me laugh..........and I'm a meat eater, still being AWESOME!!!!
