Ho Ho Ho!!!!!! Whoa that was rough but a lot of fun.

Thursday will be Strength Day.

Deadlift Week 3

Thrusters 1-1-1-1-1

If you missed any days then you can replace the second strength with a WOD.  Work with the coach to give you a WOD to make up.

I forgot to post the times from the previous two days but will post I am not posting because I am the top time for today and I wasn't the top time the previous two days, it's just a really it is.......seriously :-) Did I mention I was the top time for the "12 Days of Christmas" WOD. Self High Five!  Overall some great times and it's nice to see so many people building their strength and ability to push the WODs harder, I don't mind not winning when I see such strong output come from all of you.
