Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 12/6/10


1 mile run
200 Double Unders/600 Singles
60 Deadlifts(155/105#)
Split up however you like.  4 rounds, 2 rounds, do them straight through, odd numbers, etc.. Movements must be performed in order given.

Some Examples: (4 rounds of 400m run, 50 double unders, 15 deadlifts or 2 rounds of 800m run, 100 double unders, 30 deadlifts, or 8 rounds of 200m run, 25 double unders, break of deadlifts into 8 rounds, or do them straight: 1 mile then 200 double unders and finish with 60 deadlifts)

9:15am class

Strength: 1st week Back Squat of Wendler 5/3/1.  Email me if you want a spreadsheet otherwise it will be calculated in class.   If I send you the spreadsheet, you input your 1rm numbers and the entire months numbers will auto populate.


3 rounds for time:

400m run
20 Double Unders/60 Singles 
10 Power Snatch (95/65#)

I don't favor the Cougars or Huskies but I love a good game(great great game BTW) and good bet where the odds are in my favor :-) So while everyone else is performing their WOD Tyler will do 25 burpees right before he starts the WOD.
