Every Minute on the minute, for 20 minutes, do the following

5 Power cleans (115/85)

5 Push jerks(115/85)

5 push ups

*If you finish the above exercises in 30 seconds then you use the remaining time as rest.  See MORE REST!!!!! Again, you're welcome :-)  Do your best to complete all 20 rounds
