Workout of the Day (WOD)

I loved the intensity and excitement yesterday.  Let's keep that rolling all the time.

Strength:  5 sets of 10 Ring Dips.  (if you can do them weighted break out the belt)

WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP

3 Clean & Jerk (155/105)

6 Box Jumps (20 inches)

9 V-Ups

Everyone knows how awesome Bacon is but we forget about another wonderful "B".....BUTTER.  I know we shouldn't use it, but it's so tasty that sometimes I can't help it and use it in moderation.  I was trying to write something that really expressed my love for butter and ran across this video.  It's almost like this guy took the words right from my brain and said them exactly how I would have said them.
