Since nobody has told me what is really going on at the gym, I'm making a special WOD for you while I'm being forced to stay away.

Row 2000m

100 Burpees

200 Air Squats

300 Handstand Push Ups

400 Pull-Ups

Run 1 Mile

Or Option 2 if someone posts in the comments what team "Sneaky Pants" is doing to the gym and why Erin and I can't go there or even drive by.

Strength:  Strict Pull-Ups
