I always enjoy receiving Handstand pictures.  Kristi was busy with Fashion week but still had time for a Handstand.  I like it work with play.

Strength:  Shoulder Press Week 1


Row 500m

50 Box Jumps (24/20)

40 Push Press (95/65)

30 Pull Ups

20 Front Squats (95/65)

10 SDHP (95/65)
