I am sorry for the late post, hopefully I didn't keep anyone up all night.

First Announcement.  REGULAR CLASS SCHEDULE ON FRIDAY, VETERANS DAY.  Still expect a Hero WOD scheduled that day.  We will update the class registration calendar today.

Heavy Weights, Mustache, kettlebell....WIN!

Strength:  Shoulder Press Week 2

WOD:  6 Minutes.  Every minute on the minute do the following

3 Thrusters (135/95)

10 Sit Ups

With the remaining time of the minute do max double unders.

*Your final score will be your grand total double unders completed.

Sweet Video.  Don't be that guy or girl :-)  Ghost Rider is my favorite because I've "accidentally" done it then had Erin jump in my face afterwards.
