Workout of the Day (WOD)


That's right the new expanded schedule starts today.  Classes today are:  M-F 6am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm, M,W,F - 7 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. and T, Th. at 12 p.m.

How do you start a new awesome schedule?  With an epic picture......can someone please find me a print of this or the oil original.  This should be in the gym or mounted over my fire place :)

I like this picture because it's a sea of scaled HSPU.  Don't ever think you can't do anything or do a WOD we program.  We will always find a scaled version for you, adjust reps, rounds or swap exercises that pushes you 100%.
