Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 12/19/11

This Friday we will do our 12 days of Christmas WOD.  Ugly sweaters, Christmas socks and Santa Hats allowed :-)

Don't forget to get out and see Robert perform with the Seattle Mens Choir

Also Coach Christina's show is going on, she's doing a sleeping beauty performance, fliers in the lobby and her Nut Cracker performance

Thanks for everyone that stopped in, participated, and donated to the Toys for Tots WODfest we did.  It was a great success and a lot of fun.

O.G.E.R. CrossFit, CrossFit Interbay and CrossFit Bellevue held their first Toys for Tots drive Saturday, December 17, 2011.  The three CrossFit gyms got together to do a friendly competition and the entry fee was a toy donation.  Over 70 Crossfitters came together throughout the day to workout hard, have fun and donate toys to help those less fortunate.  Over 200 toys were donated!!!! Great work!!!

There are a lot of kids that are in need, Christmas is a good opportunity for our gyms to get together and do our part to help others.

Everybody enjoys helping others and this event brought it all together.  Let's carry that giving spirit through the holidays.  Get involved and have a great holiday.     





I know many of you wanted to come out to the Toys for Tots WOD but couldn't due to other obligations.  So two options for WODs today.

Option 1.

10 Pull-Ups

15 KB Swings (55/35)
