Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 12/8/11

I was told that some of my emails and posts are a bit long winded.  In fact so much so that when they saw them, they thought they were given a homework reading assignment.  So they chose not read the emails or posts, they just skimmed past my wit and charm(how is that possible).........I hope you can hear my heart breaking....

I'll do my best to make today's post short, but I won't keep any promises that I can do that for very long.  My mind is always thinking about CrossFit and ridiculous nonsense(that's how my wife describes it) and I have to share it.

20 Minute AMRAP

15 Push Press (95/65)

15 Burpees

15 SDHP (95/65)

50 Double Unders........(A lot of you said "bye ron, see you tomorrow.....I'm holding you to it)

Alright, today I have a new man test for everyone.  Of course this is a man test for men and women to pass or fail.  The rule for this man test is, if you don't cry while watching it you are heartless.  I've watched this video a ton of times since this happened back in 1992 and still everytime I see it......buckets.
