Workout of the Day (WOD)

Saturday 2/26/11

9am and 10am WODs announced in class.  It's Saturday, that's how we roll :-)

Great Pr's yesterday with CFT, post in comments with your highs and ultra highs :) let people know  your improvement, be proud.  We want to hear how you did and your improvement with CFT and all your WODs.  What's more important than the people who lifted the most is how each of you are improving.  Stay focused on your progress and how much you've been improving.  I want to hear it and I know everyone else does too.
