Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 2/28/11

Back in Action.

9:15am class will be doing CrossFit Total today......Get Some!!!!  Again, Sleeveless t-shirts and bandanas are encouraged for extra awesome to lift the heavy weights :)

All Other Classes:

20 min amrap(Every 5 Minutes I'll give you 1 Minute rest)
10 Thrusters (65/45)
7 Pull Ups

Lots of Heavy Weights on Friday but I have to give props to our gyms first guy to deadlift 500 pounds.  David got the high cft for friday with a 390 Back Squat, 155 Shoulder Press and 500 Deadlift, cft 1045.  In a few months I want to post a video of our gyms first woman to deadlift 300 pounds, who will it be.
