Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 2/9/11 CrossFit Competition WODs announced today

WOD's have been posted for the CrossFit Interbay / Bellevue Competition.  Make sure you register to compete.  Its going to be fun and friendly and there will be plenty of working out.  If you can't compete, try and stop in to support your local crossfitters.

Just for fun let's do some Mini WODs:

2 rounds:
500m row
15 Push Press(95/65)
Rest and transition to the other station
2 Rounds:
15 burpee box jumps (20inches)
15 ring dips
Rest and transition to the other station
2 rounds:
20 KB Swings (55/35)
30 Sit Ups
