WOD: 5 Rounds for time

Run 400m

40 Air Squats

20 Push Ups

*After you finish the 5 rounds immediately drop into the plank position.  However long you hold the plank subtract that time from your overall time of the 5 rounds.  So if you finish the WOD in 12 minutes and hold the plan for 13 minutes then your time is -1 minute, wouldn't that be awesome :)
