Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 3/24/11

Strength: Shoulder Press


Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
30 Overhead squats (75/45)
21 Pull-ups

I normally don't like pushing products on everyone but these bread gloves are fantastic.  I plan on getting a few pairs so I can make everything into a sandwich.  Sure it's not paleo but it's going to be delicious.
