Workout of the Day (WOD)

The CrossFit Open WOD has been announced and will be programmed in for Friday.  If you want to do it and can't make it, let me know and we'll find a time to watch, go over the standards and score you.  CF Open WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP:  9 Deadlifts, 12 Push-ups, and 15 Box Jumps

Strength:  Spend 15 Minutes working a strength you either missed or won't make this week

WOD:  12 Rounds

5 Pull-Ups

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

10 Sit-Ups
