Workout of the Day (WOD)

Don't forget when you get to the gym do the following before throwing yourself into the WOD:

-Warm Up

-Get Psyched

-Prepare to Kick A$$

WOD: Weight (95/65)
10 rounds
1 power clean
2 front squats
3 thrusters
4 push jerks
5 burpees

Rule for this WOD, once you pick up the bar at the start of a round you must not drop the weight until the power clean, front squats, thrusters and push jerks are completed.  If you drop the bar mid round you must immediately do 20 air squat penalty before continuing with the WOD.

I want this vehicle as CFIB's official transportation.  Anybody know where I can get one?
