Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 4/20/11

Whoo Hooo the last two CrossFit Open WODs have been announced.  Normally we do the Open WOD on Friday but this week the gym will program in the CF Open 11.5 WOD on Thursday.  This way Friday we can do a repeat WOD from 12/1/10 "Organized Chaos"

Organized Chaos was fun, so it's time to hit that one again.

If you can't make it Thursday for the 11.5 WOD you can make it up, just schedule with me.
