Strength:  Sled Pulls


10 Rounds

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

15 Double Unders

****ENCOURAGEMENT: If you drop, rest, hold or stop in anyway on the wall balls drop and do 10 push-ups.  Once you start really work hard and force yourself to knock out all 10 wall balls without breaking.

YAY!!!!!!! Congrats to Kendal for being CFIB's first woman to deadlift 300 pounds.
