Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 5/20/11

I was just reminded that this week was the 6 month anniversary of when we started the 9:15am class.  This is the email I received the Nicole:

Looking at my sheet at Crossfit this morning I realized that the 9:15 class recently had its 6 month anniversary! On the first day, November 15, I used a 12” box and an 8 pound wall ball and I was totally gassed! Wow how far we have come!

That is Awesome!!!!! Coach Christina has worked the 9:15 ladies wrecking crew a long way. The strength and output of that class has gone up and up and up and I look forward to seeing everyone become more Bad A$$!!!! 

Sooooo on Monday we'll have another CrossFit Benchmark WOD that the entire gym has done to celebrate and show how far we've come.  Hmmmmm which Lady will visit us on Monday?
