Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 6/28/11

I've been getting some feedback on whether to do tshirts or bandanas.  I think Dan put it best when he emailed me his opinion.  All I got was this

Bandanas = Power & Awesomeness

I think he's right, but i need to hear more.  A t-shirt will cost 12-15 and a custom bandana will also be 12-15, should we get one or the other or both?

Strength:  Backsquat

WOD:  20 Minute Team AMRAP.  Teams of 2 people

5 Toes to Bar

7 Push Ups

12 Jumping Lunges

Work in partners that will push you. If you're not sure who you should partner up with, ask a coach and we'll help :-)  When one partner completes a round the other rests.  A round is when each person completes the 5, 7, 12.

CFIB did a hike to Mt. Si.  Here is the crew that went.  I hope we can schedule another Hike this season because a lot of CFIB members weren't able to make it this time around, so let's do that fun again.

So even though we added space, you all still need to register for classes.

One more thing, CFIB is going to try something new by implementing a power hour each week.  This power hour will switch day and time each week.  It will be a one hour class of lifting, finding a 1 rep max of your choice.  This first week the Power Hour class will be Thursday at 530pm.  I'll still post a WOD for Thursday but the 530pm class will be the power hour and all other classes will do the program for that day.  Again the Power Hour will change each week and I'll post when it will be on Monday so you can plan.
