We will be doing a repeat WOD from 2/15/11

Strength:  Deadlift

WOD:  Row 1,000m

then 4 rounds of

15 V-Ups

10 Box Jumps (36/32)

50 Double Unders

Have you ever wondered how Kettlebells were made? I was.  I can't stop cracking up at this video and it's not meant to be funny.  But I've watched it 5-6 times so far.  Maybe it's because I'm happy that kettlebells de-sissified me and made me more "Manly"
