Power Hour!!!!!! There will be no regular 530pm class tonight. Instead it will be a type of Open Gym and Power Hour where you can work on any strength, Oly Lift or Skill you like. One Rule. Anytime someone is going for a Pr the gym must stop what they are doing and cheer on the individuals Pr attempt.
