Strength:  Find your 1rm weighted pull-up

WOD:  20 Minute AMRAP

Run 200m

8 OH Squat (95/65)

8 Burpees

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  Congratulations to Seth and Melinda who were married just last week in Juneau, Alaska.  It will be nice to have you back at the gym this week.  Everyone else, it's nice outside but don't forget to make time for the gym to keep your fitness, energy and CrossFit lifestyle on track.
