WOW! Big stuff went down yesterday, and as my Grand-daddy used to say, "One is the loneliest number that you'll ever do, two can be as bad as one, it's the loneliest number since the number one." Boy I sure miss him.
Well, nobody likes a lonely muscle up, so after completing their first strict muscle up, both Bon-Joey and Val continued to do over 15 each throughout the WOD. Great job! My Grandpapa would be soo proud of you both! Overall, you all put out an amazing amount of effort toward working through those progressions, pull-ups, and dips.
So, I am excited to see you all again tonight! On that note, I'll leave you with a picture of my grandma and grandpa for some real motivation.
