TWT.......Team WOD Thursday!!!!!!

Teams of 2:

Run 800m together


20 Rounds of

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

10 KB Swings (55/35)

10 Sit Ups


Run 800m Together

Teams must run the 800's together.  During the 20 rounds, only one person works at a time.  Teammate 1 must do a complete round of 10 Wall Balls, 10 KB Swings then 10 Sit ups before teammate 2 can begin the next round.
