Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 7/5/11

I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th of July weekend.  Don't forget CFIB's 4+4th of July celebration this Friday.  The WOD will not be announced on Friday's blog post but will be kept a suprise and announced in the classes.  However, I will give this hint. . . I will not duplicate any of the exercises that are in Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's WOD's from this week.  Also, Friday's WOD is a triplet, so 3 exercises.  Those are the only hints you get.....ok one more.  It's a 12 minute AMRAP so short and sweet :-)

We were very excited with the 4th of July turnout to beast a WOD.  What a great way to start the day.
