Uh oh... a tank is overflowing in the fermentation room! Seth could clean up the mess, orrrrrr do a one handed handstand while drinking a beer. 

Here is Seth again practicing his Keg Stands.

I saw this video on another CrossFit website and cracked up.  I think this is a true story about what really happens when you do one of the most outlawed exercises in a gym.  And they talk about the Shoulder Press, a great exercise.
