Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 8/17/11 Updated!!

Evan missed a day to attend a sewing class but at least she got her handstand in :-)  You know what my favorite part of the pictures are?  The fact the other two ladies in the picture are going about there day like there is nothing unusual going on.    



Strength:  Shoulder Press

WOD:  5 Rounds

30 Double Unders

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

Strict Pull-Ups......Yes strict dead hang pull ups  (Men 5 per round, Women 3 per round)

Damn, people do some amazing things.  I watched this video all the way through 3 times already and my favorite part is still the guy moon walking, all this cool stuff then he pops in and cracks me up :-)

Today only!!!!! If you come in using the Jump Snap you can sub that for double unders and still get Rx.  Sure we may laugh at you but you know as soon as you're done with the WOD using your Jump Snap we'll all be trying it out doing the running man jump ropes while using it.
