This Handstand of the day is from Tina.  She was one of the first that started the "do a handstand in a fun unusual place"  Here she is at work with the three wise men looking on.

Strength:  1000m Row

4 rounds:
AMRAP 2 minutes:
10 front squats (135/95)
15 Sit Ups

*rest 2 minutes after each 2 minute amrap round*

Here are some pictures from the WODfest we had at CFBV.  It was a great time, more pictures to come over the next few days.  Rumor has it we'll be having an end of summer pool party in Magnolia at one of our gym members house, soooooooo let the rumors start as we finalize the details.  Looking at the weekend after Labor Day.
