I know some of you thought tomorrows WOD was going to be "Tylers Headless Snowman" but why would you ever believe what I tell you about the next days WOD :-)  But don't worry that WOD will be coming around soon enough, plus we will have a repeat WOD on Friday.

WOD:  "Feel the Burn"

I love the submissions I'm getting for the handstands.  I plan on posting one a day unless I don't get enough for this month.  Also, I've only gotten dude pictures doing handstands, which is great and I want more.  However, I know women will do just as many nutty things as men, so get out there find a fun place to do a handstand and take a picture.
Here is David Y. on top of altyn peak at glacier national park 7950 ft elevation.  David is in the lead with highest elevation Handstand for CFIB.

Awww people were a little tired after yesterdays WOD.  Get some rest kiddos more will come tomorrow and it will be just as fun as yesterdays
