As promised there is a 3 minute AMRAP in the workout today.


3, 5, and 7 AMRAPs (for all you smarty pants that's 15 minutes total but with long breaks)

Row 250m

10 Push Press (95/65)

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

20 Double Unders

How much rest?  You will get at least 3 Minutes rest after the first 3 minute amrap, 5 after the 5 and 7 after the 7. Your score will be the total rounds completed.  Wherever you finish off on the previous AMRAP, start the next one at that rep.  Example if you finish the 3 minute amrap at 7 deadlifts, when you start the 5 minute AMRAP start on deadlift number 8 then move on to the double unders.
