Tuesday 9/20/11

Happy birthday to my buddy Jon Lyon.  We climbed Mt. Rainier together and were supposed to do the summit handstand together but it didn't work out this time.  I'm very happy Jon made summit and got this amazing picture.  Way to go brother.  Now stop being a stranger and come over from the east side to CFIB for a WOD.  (Jon reads our blog religiously because we're funny and awesome!!!!)

3 Clean and Jerks (for Rx men BW/ Women 85% BW)

6 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

9 Push-Ups (for Rx men clapping Push-Ups/ Women Strict Push-Ups)

This Saturday I made a funny Oingo Boingo reference and Gabe had no idea who Oingo Boingo were.  I know. . . that's ridiculous!  So this song of the week is for Gabe.  Not only is it Oingo Boingo's best known song, but it was in one of the best 1980's movies.  "Back to School" with Rodney Dangerfield, classic.
