Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 9/22/11

Those that are interested we will run a 5k at 730pm starting from the gym.  I hope to see a lot of you sign up for the "Run the Bluff",  it's the first race that been in Magnolia in over 26 years.  If you don't want to run, Geoff said they can use lots of volunteers.

A little Saturday Team  WOD fun

Skill:  Practice Muscle Up Technique.  (this will be in the WOD on Friday for those that have them)

WOD:  Four Rounds, each lasting 2 minute and 15 second with 3 minutes rest in between each round:

Run 200m

12 Push Press (95/65)

Max Burpees with remaining time in round.

*Your score will be the total number of burpees completed after all 4 rounds.  YAY BURPEES!!!!!
