I still have handstands and I would love to receive more.  Here is Beth going Epic but she couldn't do it alone.  The first picture is Beth going big with her other to CrossFit.  Then Beth gets the entire Faulkner family into the handstands.  That's Beth on the far left.



Strength:  Thrusters (Thrusters must start from the ground)
